Kiwi Mint Smoothie


  • 2 ripe kiwis, flesh scooped out
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water OR pure water
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Squeeze of lemon OR lime
  • Handful of spinach
  • Ice, if desired



  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more coconut water/water to reach your desired consistency and ice if you like a frosty smoothie.
