- 8 Kwiwfruit, ripe
- 1 cup Cream, beaten
- 1 cupPlain yoghurt
- ½ cupMarsala
- 2 TbspCaster sugar
- 2 tspGelatine
- 1Egg yolk
- Poach peeled and sliced kiwifruit in marsala until reduced dry. Cool
- Dissolve gelatine in ¼ c water, heat. Add to kiwifruit, mash together. Whisk in cream and yogurt.
- Serve in glasses topped with fruit with an optional grand marnier drizzle.
