For making batter:-
1 cup of kuttu ka atta
1 tsp of fennel powder
½ tsp baking powder
Shakkar/Gud – 3-4 tsp
Luke warm water – as desired
Desi Ghee for shallow fry
For sugar syrup
1. Sugar 2 cup
2. Water 1 cup
3. Saffron 10-12 strands

Preparation for malpua
1. Take a bowl, add kuttu ka aata, fennel seed powder, baking powder, gud and water to make a thick batter.
For sugar syrup
1- Take a pan, add sugar or water and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
2- sugar syrup is ready or not, for check this, take a drop of syrup between you first finger or thumb, drag it and if you get shape like one thread means syrup is ready.
3- Take a bowl ,add 2 teaspoon water and 10-12 saffron strands and stir continues with the help of spoon then add it in sugar syrup and mix well .

Cooking process
2. Heat ghee in non-stick pan on medium flame.
3. when oil is warm, take one tablespoon paste or spread it in pan or circularly rotating for make shape for malpua from mixture with the help of spoon and cook till malpua convert into golden brown color from both side Transfer into sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
4. Tasty malpua for fast are ready, transfer into serving dish and serve hot or cool.
